Our Process

Five years ago we raised capital for our own company. We had no one managing the process and it was slow and painful. We flew all over the world attending start up conferences trying to find the "needle in the haystack" VC to invest in our company. Our early stage business struggled because of the time we took away from it to manage the fundraising process. We took that negative experience and turned it into a positive one. We created a project outlining and automated the process for our next raise significantly reducing time and money. Project Management

We will assign a team of 7 to support your fundraising efforts. We spend hundreds of thousands of dollars annually on teams, data bases and enriching data. This data let's us find the right investors for your company. It also helps us find the right investor at the right time. IE, new fund, new exit, similar company invested in, etc... In most cases, we bring more than double the amount of investors to the table than you can on your own. References are absolutely available on request. For every company we help, they bring us 3.5 new prospects.

Yes, you may have connections in your region or country and believe you can do your own fundraising. How would you like more investors in other countries competing for your next round. Closing the Round

On average, our closings take 120 days and that includes on-boarding. We only make money when you get funded.

Onboarding Call: You will get an onboarding manager. They will arrange a call to understanding your business and objectives, and provide you with an overview of the entire process.
Deck Review: Ensure your story/vision is aligned. We are not in the deck-making business, but we know what works.
Dedicated Account Manager: Your assigned account manager will add scheduled investor calls to your calendar. They will manage your pipeline of investors and provide you with a weekly review.
Investment Thesis: We build a comprehensive 10-page template with a clickable table of contents. This is used to control the dialogue when a venture partner presents your investment to their team.
Financial Model Review: We ensure your financial model is robust and trustworthy, avoiding potential investor distrust or deal failure.
Data Room Setup: We build a clean, professional data room to present data elegantly and make an investor’s job as easy as possible.
Investment Summary and Campaigns: We develop succinct, powerful messaging for email and LinkedIn campaigns. We create many campaigns and sequences for each.
Digital Marketing Expert: We utilize a digital marketing expert who is on staff.
Email Setup: We work with you to build 3-4 subdomains and set up 20-25 email templates, ensuring no email box sends more than 15 emails per day to avoid spam filters. Maintain a healthy email score with synthetic interactions.
Key Selling Points: We work with you to compile basic company info so your account management team can easily answer questions from investors, keeping your deal moving.
Objection Handling: We work with you to prepare responses for the 15-20 common objections specific to your niche to overcome objections pre-call, post-call, and during closing.
Legal Assistance: We have a legal team "on stand by" to assist with legal questions and closing the transaction.
